Proper care of your belt ensures the life of the belt and preserves its appearance.
For the leather strap, as we use top grain leather, scratches and scruffs are organically going to occur as part of everyday use. To help preserve the leather belt, you can buff with a natural, non-coloured leather polish product and blend in with a soft cloth, gently buffing the leather strap.
Generally, dust and dirt stains may be removed from the leather surface by gently wiping with a damp cloth or a disposable baby wipe.
We advise choosing a belt size 2 inches up from your waist size and ideally you want to fasten the belt on the middle hole.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not in love with our product we will gladly exchange or refund any regular priced new merchandise within 21 days from the shipping date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually change your order for you. If you have purchased the wrong size, let us know as soon as possible by emailing orders@alphabetbelts.com and we may be able to change it for you before despatch.
We understand the risks in buying an item without trying on, feeling the material or seeing the colours in the flesh. That’s why we offer a 14 day return policy on all full priced items, starting from when you receive your parcel. If you don’t like the size or style after receiving your item, you can return for an exchange or refund.
